These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 777kx ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 777kx online casino and sports betting platform available at https://777kx.org (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 777kx Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, gambling block list, or similar regulatory database in any jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility criteria. 777kx reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 777kx Platform at any given time. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for any such activity.

777kx reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures at any time. You agree to provide all requested documentation promptly, including but not limited to:

• Valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits
• Source of funds documentation where required by our licensing obligations

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 777kx may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality or account suspension until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

Bank transfer deposits are credited subject to standard inter-bank processing timelines. 777kx accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on the account, where applicable.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before the associated funds can be withdrawn.

• 777kx reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual or flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

The following general rules apply to all 777kx bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777kx Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using false, stolen, or fraudulent identity documents during registration or KYC verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are fraudulently obtained
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events available on the Platform
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games or tournaments to the detriment of other participants

All content, software, technology, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and other materials available on the 777kx Platform are the intellectual property of 777kx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 777kx's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777kx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors
• Losses arising from delayed or unsuccessful withdrawals caused by banking infrastructure outside 777kx's control
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777kx makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777kx collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777kx uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, identity verification and KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications.

777kx will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with our licensing authority, regulatory bodies, payment processors, and KYC service providers strictly where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with legal obligations.

You may request the closure of your 777kx account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and AML checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any amounts attributable to bonus funds or pending wagering requirements.

777kx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable rules or policies
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant, and an administrative fee may apply in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from our licensing authority

If you have a dispute or complaint relating to the 777kx Platform, you should in the first instance contact our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome provided by customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our dedicated complaints management team by clearly marking your communication as a formal complaint. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within fifteen (15) business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through 777kx's internal process, players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available in the Platform's help section.

All disputes relating to the settlement of bets or game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event in question. 777kx will not consider disputes raised outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at 777kx's sole discretion.

777kx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777kx holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process described in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause limits 777kx's right to bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you are resident or where you have assets.
